Interested Kupuna will be invited to apply through a simple and transparent application system, prioritizing those with the greatest need. Eligibility criteria will be based on factors such as income level, residency, and community ties.

The next phase focuses on constructing homes with precision and care, ensuring a strong foundation, sustainable utilities, and a thoughtfully designed environment that honors the land and community.
